This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and conveniently close to a fantastic pizzeria right across the road. The staff here is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, with a cozy bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. And let's not forget the breakfast, where you can indulge in delicious regional dishes to start your day off right.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Location: Pousada do Sol is in Atalaia part of Aracaju. This beach- suburb is not in the city-center. The wonderful beach with natural sand dunes are nearby, as are landscaped lagoons and lots of Tapioca stands as well as restaurants. Weekends it gets crowded, midweeks it is slow. Marine Turtle Project tamar also nearby. Hotel: The hotel`s standard-rooms I find poor!! I was offered a room without balcony/terrace facing on-site construction-works. Ridiculous. As I refused, I was offered (for a fair upsell) a Master Room with a balcony/terrace. That room was good! But still facing a wall in 2 1/2 meters and the traffic. Marcio from Reception was very helpful indeed!
Hardly anybody of the hotel-staff was able to speak only a few words in a language apart from Portuguese (which you often find in Brazil!)

Hotel is very safe, in a fenced and gated compund. Vehicle can be parked within this compund. Alatalia beach (where the hotel is located) is a quiet place. Familiar place. Most of the tourists are Brazilians, with their family. Close to a wide choice of restaurants. Close to bus stops that go to downtown, RioMar shopping center and Jardin shopping center. Good WiFi in the rooms. Very quiet at night.
Poor breakfast. Limited choice of fruits and cereals. Awful bread. Awful juices. Good coffee.

Spent Christmas in this lovely little hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making it really feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with plenty of good restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold items, including some local specialties. The air conditioning and cable TV in the room made it a comfortable and convenient stay.
The walls were quite thin and we could hear noise from other guests. , the pool area was a bit small and didn't have a lot of seating.

Good location close to the beach and restaurants. Pleasant breakfast and nice pool area with clean water.
Limited English and Spanish spoken by staff made it difficult to communicate effectively. Rooms lacked soundproofing which led to noise disturbances.
